All Endecotts test sieves are appropriately inspected for
compliance to their specified standard and are individually
numbered to provide full traceability.
Types of Certification
Compliance
certification
This is the most widely issued certificate. Sieves manufactured
to a National or International Standard Specification are inspected
and issued with a Certificate of Compliance.
All Endecotts standard laboratory test sieves receive this level
of certification as a minimum.
Inspection certificate
When requested by the customer, the sieve is measured in
accordance with the standard specification. Each sieve is supplied
with an inspection certificate giving the results obtained for the
average aperture size and the tolerances applicable.
Mid Point Inspection
certificate
When requested by the customer, the sieve is measured in
accordance with the standard specification. However, acceptance
criteria are reduced by 30%. Each sieve is supplied with an
inspection certificate giving the results obtained for the average
aperture size and the tolerances applicable. A chart is
included indicating the aperture size distribution.
A calibration certificate can additionally be supplied to give the
full results obtained.
Calibration
certificate
When requested by the customer, the sieve is measured in
accordance with the standard specification. Each sieve is supplied
with a calibration certificate giving the results obtained and the
tolerances applicable.
